Day 1 : NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport-Phuentsholing (170 Kms / 4 Hrs/298 Mts / 977 Fts)

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Phuentsholling. The drive is through dooars, land of breath taking beauty, sloping tea gardens and spectacular view. Complete immigration formalities at Phuentsholing. After check-in to your hotel, enjoy evening in shopping at local town market.Overnight stay in Phuentsholing. Phuentsholing: is a border town in southern Bhutan. Phuentsholing lies opposite the Indian town of Jaigaon, and cross-border trade has resulted in a thriving local economy. Phuentsholling is uniquely more urban than other Bhutanese towns, having absorbed the neighboring culture, but distinctly far more quiet and orderly than its neighbor.

Day 2 : Phuentsholing-Thimpu

After Breakfast, Proceed to Thimpu. After check-in to your hotel, enjoy evening in shopping at local town market. Overnight stay in Thimpu,

Day 3 : Thimpu-Full day sightseeing tour

After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Thimphu, which includes the following places of interest Folk Heritage Museum, Royal Textile Academy & Museum, Trashichhodzong – Fortress in Thimphu, Handicrafts Emporium, Memorial Chorten, Kuensel Phodrang - World’s Largest Sitting Buddha Statue, BBS Tower – Provides vantage point view of the Thimpu Valley. Note – On weekends, guests would also have the opportunity of visiting the weekend market, an interesting market with local items and bargain price handicraft goods. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 4 : Paro- Sightseeing tour

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and proceed to Paro.After checking into your hotel, you would proceed for a sightseeing tour of Paro which would include the following places: Drukgyel Dzong – Ruins of an old fortress in Paro, Kyichu Lakhang – Famous Monastery in Paro, Ta Dzong – National Musuem of Bhutan. Overnight stay in Paro. The Paro valley extends from the confluence of the Paro Chhu and the Wang Chhu rivers at Chuzom upto Mt. Jomolhari at the Tibetan border to the North. This picturesque region is one of the widest valleys in the kingdom and is covered in fertile rice fields and has a beautiful, crystalline river meandering down the valley.

Day 5 : Excursion to Chele La pass (12,200ft) and Transfer to Phuentsholing

After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Chele La pass (12,200ft) - The highest motorable point in Bhutan.(Optional tour) On a clear day one can get a breathtaking view of Mt.Jhomolhari (23,996 ft the second highest peak of Bhutan) and other Himalayan giants. Visit Paro handicraft market during evening time. "OR" ** Taktsang Monastery – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour will be optional since it requires 2-3 hours trekking to reach the Monastery. Ponies are available for hire. After excursion Proceed to Phuentsholing. Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Day 6 : Phuentsholing-NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (170 Kms / 4 Hrs)

After breakfast at hotel transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. As you go home let the everlasting memory of the radiant Himalayas and this beautiful serene kingdom linger in your mind and prompt you now and again to revisit this place.
